Do you struggle to make decisions? Getting caught up in what other people are telling you to do or just running the same thought process over and over in your mind. You think you know what you want but for some reason you just can't push through and take action. Then you take action and worry things won't work out for you. You start second guessing yourself and ruminate over your decision.

You make the calls, plan the outings and show up as your best self but are met with flaky, toxic and lackluster relationships. People that say they love you but don't do much to show you they love you. This leaves you feeling lonely, isolated and unlovable.
Enough is enough! You deserve better and are capable of so much more. I know it is easier to quiet quite you life and goals but with a little effort and the right support you can achieve so much. Being the best version of yourself you can be will help you feel more confident, connected and loved. Once you tap into your internal wisdom you will feel more empowered to lead the life you choose. No more people pleasing, second guessing, settling for less or feeling bad about yourself for no good reason.
